Most orders will be shipped within one to two business days of order confirmation. Orders are generally processed within 24 hours and/or on the next business day. Orders placed on Friday after 12:00pm will not be processed until Monday 8:00am. The default delivery method is Standard (USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation) for all orders. Actual delivery times will vary based on the method of shipment chosen and your geographic location. Shipping Rates include handling (warehouse, inventory, packing, and other related costs to service your order). Shipping costs (in U.S. Dollars) are as follows(*Please note that the U.S. Postal Service has just made significant increases to shipping fees for heavier shipments. If after we have packed your items, the total package weight is greater than two pounds, and you have selected USPS Priority Mail as your option, we will have to add an additional $3.00 charge to the shipping on your order to cover our postage costs. Please be advised that we must pay Customs Duties on ALL international shipments. The above International Shipping Cost listed covers Shipping and Handling
ONLY. If your order is shipped internationally, after we receive the customs information (which will be after your order arrives), we will place an additional charge on your credit card for the exact amount of the Customs Duties. You have the right to request a copy of the Customs Invoice as back up information for the charge.
Merchandise Availability
In the unlikely event that an item you ordered is not immediately available for shipment, you will be notified via e-mail within two business days. You will be charged upfront for all the items in your order, even if your order is shipped in multiple packages. We will send the remainder of your order with appropriate adjustments for the out of stock item(s). All orders are subject to acceptance by The Antigone Rising Store. We reserve the right to refuse delivery or limit quantities of any product ordered. Please note that we cannot guarantee the availability of any item until you place an order.

You may inquire into the status of your order by contacting
customerservice@antigonerisingstore.com at any time. Order status will include shipping status (in packaging or in transit) and order detail (customer order ID, item detail, shipped date, anticipated arrival date, shipper tracking number and the number of packages).
Upon Receipt of Shipments
Please inspect all shipments for damage prior to accepting delivery. If the package has been accepted or is delivered without a signature, keep the original shipping carton and if the items appear to have been damaged during shipment please immediately follow our
Return and Exchange Policy.
