Placing an order at AntigoneRisingStore.com is easy. And you don’t need to create an account first.

First you will need to browse for the items you would like to order. All items are easily accessed through our six main product categories. When you find an item that interests you, click the photo or name of the item to see its detail page. Here you will find more information about the item.

If you want to order an item, click the "Add to Cart" button beneath the product detail information. Use the cart's "Continue Shopping" link to keep browsing until your cart contains all of the items you want to order. You can access the contents of your Shopping Cart at any time by clicking the "View Cart " link at the top right of every page of our Web site.

If you want to buy multiple quantities of an item in your Shopping Cart, just change the number in the Qty. box and click the "Update Cart" button at the bottom of the cart.

Take a moment to review all of the items you've placed in your Shopping Cart. When you're ready to place an order for everything, click the "Checkout" link. You will be taken to the first page of the order form.

Tell us where you would like to ship your order.

Consider how quickly you would like to receive your order, and choose a shipping method. We estimate shipment and delivery dates for you in our Shipping Rates page, and in the order confirmation e-mail that you will receive after placing your order you will receive an estimated delivery date for your order.

Next, let us know how you would like to pay for your order. We accept MasterCard, Visa, and American Express. All orders must be prepaid. If you're paying with a credit card, enter the number without spaces or dashes.

The amount of tax charged depends upon many factors, including the identity of the seller, the type of item purchased, and the destination of the shipment.

Items sold by AntigoneRisingStore.com and shipped to destinations in the state of California are subject to tax.

If an item is subject to sales tax in the state to which the order is shipped, tax is generally calculated on the total selling price of each individual item. In accordance with state tax laws, the total selling price of an item will generally include item-level shipping and handling charges, item-level discounts, gift-wrap charges, and an allocation of order-level shipping and handling charges and order-level discounts.

The tax rate applied to your order will generally be the combined state and local rate for the address where your order was shipped. Therefore, the sales tax rate applied to your order may be different for an order shipped to your home address than it is for an order for the very same items shipped to your work address. the Antigone Rising Online Store obtains sales tax rates from the State of California Tax Board.

AntigoneRisingStore.com accepts Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

You can safely enter your entire credit card number via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information.

AntigoneRisingStore.com does not currently support the Verified by Visa program. You can still use your Visa credit card as payment for an order, but you won't be asked to enter your Verified by Visa password.

It is not uncommon for a request for credit card authorization to fail once or twice before the card is finally authorized. We will send you an e-mail if we experience difficulties in authorizing your credit card.

You are always welcome to submit new credit card information to us for a particular order, provided that the order has not yet entered the shipping process.

We ship to all states, including Alaska and Hawaii. We also ship to P.O. Boxes. We can also ship to International addresses (please see applicable Shipping Rates).

There may be some remote areas where we cannot deliver. You will be notified during the checkout process if we cannot deliver to your zip code.

The vast majority of items that are sold on AntigoneRisingStore.com are shipped via our Standard Shipping (which is US Postal Service with Delivery Confirmation). While most Standard Ship items can be upgraded to Overnight Shipping for expedited delivery, some items must be delivered via Ground Shipping and cannot be upgraded. Ground Ship only items will be indicated to you during checkout.

Standard Ship Items sent by Standard USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation will typically arrive within three to five full business days after leaving the warehouse. Most orders leave the warehouse within one to two full business days. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays, within the United States.

If you would prefer a delivery option with more specific tracking options, then you may want to select Fed Ex Ground Service. Items shipped using Fed Ex Ground will arrive one to eight full business days after leaving the warehouse, depending on their distance from our Los Angeles warehouse. Most orders leave the warehouse within one to two full business days. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays, within the United States.

If you need your order as quickly as possible, the you should select the Fed Ex Overnight Service option. In order to expedite processing time, your Overnight order must be received by 12:00 p.m. (noon) PST. Usually, Overnight Items arrive in one full business day after leaving the warehouse. Most orders leave the warehouse within one to two full business days. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays, within the United States.

Please note our warehouses do not ship on weekends and we do not offer Saturday, Sunday or holiday delivery.

Typically, you should not be able to complete the checkout process if our inventory shows an item out of stock. However, if by our inventory error, or because you are specifically ordering a pre-order item, if you order items with different stock availability - for example, an in-stock item along with a pre-order item - each item will ship as soon as it's ready. And you will not be charged any additional shipping charges if your items ship in multiple shipments.

If you order a single item that is out of stock, we will ship it to you as soon as it is available. If it is an item that will not be restocked, we will alert you via email and will not charge your credit card.

Orders shipped via Standard Shipping, USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation cannot be tracked en route. Only when they are delivered are they confirmed in the system.

Orders shipped via either of our two Fed Ex options can be tracked and you will receive a notification with your tracking number when your order has shipped.

15. Why does the InstAntigone Live! CD I purchased at the show only show 1 or 2 tracks on it (or sometimes a few more, but not as many songs as you played)?

The nature of the "Instant" technology makes tracking the CDs right then and there extremely difficult. In some cases the recorder does track a few times during the recording, but for the most part the entire show is recorded within 1 - 3 tracks on the CD. We are searching for ways to perfect this system, but as it stands right now, that's the only way we can get the show burned onto a CD for people to leave with that night.

16. What happened on my InstAntigone Live! CD to the encore songs I saw you perform? Those songs are not on my CD?

We can only fit 80 minutes of music onto 1 CD. Because of this, all InstAntigone Live! CDs contain the main show without the encore. In some cases we do try to make the encore available for download through our Snocap Store. Always check the Snocap Store if you're interested in downloading a specific encore performance from a show to see if it's available.
